I'm so Excited to finally have a Ramen place in Tahoe! I made it to Yuki Ramen today for lunch to see what the hype is about. I ordered Yoshi's Tokyo Ramen and my friend got Smaine's Shoyu. (Great name) My bowl had thick juicy pieces of chicken and an amazing hearty broth. It was delicious and fresh and flavorful and way more food than I could finish. I know this place is just starting up and I'm really excited to see what they grow into in this fun new space. Also shout out to local artist and Chef, Cezar for the beautiful, fun, and intricate artwork adorning all of their walls. 10/10 I'll be back soon! Sorry I didn't take any photos, I was busy eating.

No matter where I travel, I always seek out Ramen and I was definitely not disappointed with Yuki. The broth is rich and savory. The ramen special was delicious, some of the best I have ever had. The marinated eggs in the Ramen are glazed, I have never had anything like this in other ramen restaurants. The ambiance is lacking, but the ramen far outshines fancy lights and dishes. This is a place not to miss.

Ordered takeout tonight in this rainy weather and was so impressed by the only ramen restaurant in south lake! After living in LA for almost 10 years I've been waiting for a ramen shop to open here! I was so impressed!! I got the Okonomoyaki appetizer, the Smaine ramen and the Tahoe tonkotsu. All were delicious. Everything for the ramen was packaged separately for takeout which was great because the noodles didn't get soggy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Both bowls of ramen we tried were pretty good. The fat globules in the broth was spot on and the chasu was flavorful. I'm happy to find a decent ramen in this town. The okonomiyaki takes longer to prepare than the ramens even though it's listed as an appetizer so be warned. The bonito flakes were authentic and moving as they should. We had the mushroom option and I think the mushroom chunks kept the pancake from staying cohesive but that didn't harm the delicious taste. This place will be a pleasure to return to, especially when it gets cold.
